Project Planning and Implementation Process

The first essential element of our integrated approach is our Project Planning and Implementation Processes, which includes program management planning, our task order plan and implementation process, and status/metric tracking and reporting systems all designed to eliminate program/project risk. CENTECH is the only company that builds into its planning process five (5) Critical Success Factors (CSF’s) to plan each task order for timely performance, proper planning, and reduced program risk.

Our CRMSFs are systematic, proactive quality assurance protection mechanisms for systemic risks that apply to all programs/projects/task orders and serve to provide our roadmap to proactively prevent risks from becoming larger problems. CSFs include:
