CENTECH is fully committed to compliance with federal laws and regulations concerning business ethics and integrity in government contracting. To that end, CENTECH has adopted a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and a corporate ethics program in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 3.1 and FAR Clauses 52.203-13 and 52.203-14. The Code and related guidance and program materials are provided annually to all employees, and are available from CENTECH corporate training, human resources, or the vice president & general counsel.

As condition of employment, it is the responsibility of all team members to follow the Code and to participate in the corporate ethics program. CENTECH subcontractor personnel whose employer does not have a corporate ethics code and program compliant with the FAR must follow CENTECH’s Code and program.  

All CENTECH team members, including subcontractor personnel, are encouraged to report violations of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct to the CENTECH confidential ethics hotline at 703-970-6727. 

Reporting may also be made to your management at CENTECH, to CENTECH human resources, or to CENTECH vice president & general counsel. Reporting may also be made to an ethics hotline of the federal agency relevant to the contract or subcontract at issue, if the agency provides such a hotline.
