Productivity & Quality Assurance Team Member Motivation Program

Every six month, CENTECH awards thousands of dollars at our semi-annual team member recognition banquets. We do this because we are committed to providing an inclusive and consistent program that will ensure motivated team members and added value to all our clients on a consistent basis. It is through our professional team members and management team that this value directly contributes to meeting that day-to-day mission and demonstrates clear and measurable improvement in client services year after year on every contract.

The Productivity & Quality Assurance Team Member Motivation Program was designed to ensure total client satisfaction through recognition of team member innovation, leadership and productivity. It recognizes team members whose performance exceeds the requirements of their position and motivates our team members to work toward continuous performance improvement, and contributes to a positive work environment that stimulates initiative, creativity, personal achievement and the entrepreneurial spirit. The awards are distributed twice yearly and are funded out of CENTECH’s general and administrative budget to provide significant benefit at no additional cost to our clients.
