OUR EXPERIENCE

Vandenberg Space Force Base
CENTECH introduced and integrated ServiceNow as the new Incident Tracking platform on the Vandenberg SFB contract. CENTECH’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Systems Administrators stood up the Government-provided software. CENTECH collaborated with the ServiceNow vendor to posture application to better support the 614th Air and Space Communications Squadron (614 ACOMS) vision for improved services for supported airman and guardians. Once on board and configured, CENTECH’ continued to implement Dashboards, build Tier 0 Self-Help Tools, and improve platform performance. 

Air Education Training Center
CENTECH provides timely, proactive, high-quality communications and computer services to over 1,200 users in 12 units and directorates. CENTECH staff administer unclassified and classified (NIPR/SIPR) networks, provide tier 1 and 2 help desk services, support all Audio & Video Teleconferencing requirements, manage software and IT assets for 10 accounts. CENTECH exceeded all PWS Service Delivery Summary performance thresholds in its last CPAR evaluation.
